I have undertaken numerous further training courses that are all listed on my website.
I am currently working with a bereavement charity offering long-term support to young adults and families, caused by the death of someone close.
About Me
I am a humanistic integrative therapist, in other words, I have been trained to understand numerous theoretical concepts. In practice, this means that I look to draw upon an array of tools that I believe work for you.
For me, there is no one size that fits all in therapy. It is the unique relationship between the therapist and client that leads to a successful therapeutic outcome.
What I Offer
I provide a safe, warm and confidential space for you to bring whatever may be troubling you, be that something from your past, or an issue that is presenting in your life currently. Depending upon what you are looking to address will determine whether our sessions are on a short or long-term basis.
