About Me
Welcome to Talking Minds Counselling – I am a passionate professional in the counselling field and I provide help and support that is individual to you. After all we are all unique!!! My previous life before counselling was always as a self- employed entrepreneur so I understand the pressure that work and family can put on us, and how we can put our own wellbeing at the bottom of our list.
I work on a full range of issues for individuals, couples, families and young people.
Based in St Albans I can offer face to face or on line counselling which ever suits you best.
I have worked for a Domestic Abuse Charity and a Rape and Sexual Abuse Charity as a volunteer counsellor.

What I Offer
I specialise in Trauma and Life Counselling.
I work with men, women and young people and I can also offer Life Counselling if change and direction is needed. I offer a safe place which is yours for 50 minutes each session were you can talk confidentially about whatever you want. Sometimes we need to be heard and to have someone who is non-judgemental, listens, is empathetic and kind.
You will have an independent person on your team. No fuss, no doubting just 100% support for you.
Fees
Free 15 minute phone or video consultation
£ 75.00 per session
£120.00 per session couples counselling
Flexible time scales for sessions which can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
