Training & Qualifications
I hold a Foundation Certificate and Postgraduate Diploma (Level 7) in Integrative Counselling from the Minster Centre – a leading integrative counselling and psychotherapy training institute.
I am also a registered member of the BACP and abide by their code of ethics.
As a qualified counsellor I have worked with a wide range of clients at two different London therapy services. I have also volunteered at Family Lives and Mind.
I offer a safe and confidential space where, together, we can work with the issues that are unique to you. My approach is supportive and empathic and my aim is to both help you develop and utilise resources to manage whatever has led you to seek therapy at this time.
What I Offer
You may be experiencing a challenge that feels too difficult to cope with? Or perhaps you are dealing with overwhelming feelings of anxiety or depression? Have you suffered a loss or bereavement and are feeling sad? In order to manage these difficult emotional challenges, unhelpful behaviours can occur.
I provide a non-judgmental space, where we can collaboratively work together towards a deeper understanding, awareness, and new perspectives.
I offer both long term and short-term counselling The first thing to do is email or telephone me with your contact details and a brief description or any question(s) you may have around therapy. I will then get back in touch to arrange a free 20-minute session.
