About Me

I have extensive experience providing short to long term evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals with a range of emotional struggles.

I’m a warm, compassionate and down to earth therapist. These personal qualities, along with my years of experience, allow me to quickly build strong therapeutic bonds which are paramount to the effectiveness of therapy.

I can support you in various ways depending on your needs and what you want to gain from therapy. For example, I will work together with you to gain an in-depth understanding of the difficulties you are facing, I can help you to navigate your difficulties along with introducing you to psychological tools. Therapy can also be of an explorative nature where I can help you to discover more about yourself.

During our therapy together you will feel listened to and valued in a warm, supportive and confidential environment. I aim to help you to make meaningful change in your life, to lead a more fulfilling, to lead a more valued life along with gaining more self-confidence and self-compassion.

I am an integrative therapist where I draw upon the following models; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Schema Therapy.
