I believe in creating a safe, warm and empathic space for you to talk. I have 13 years experience working in the NHS, charities & counselling services. I have a BSc, MSc and a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology. I can usually offer appointments within a fortnight.

I offer short and long term therapy and am trained in a variety of approaches so that I can adapt my practice to you and your goals. In my practice I aim to empower you to overcome your difficulties, enhance your wellbeing, develop new coping strategies and build your sense of self compassion.

I value and respect the courage it can take to begin therapy and believe in providing a kind atmosphere where you will feel listened to and well supported. I aim to provide you a better understanding of yourself, your relationships and your difficulties as well as exploring the best ways to handle these going forward.
