My name’s Jonathan Eddie and I am an integrative counsellor offering talking therapy in central St Albans.
My approach has the positive therapeutic relationship at its core. I want my clients to feel safe, cared-for and heard. I help them to explore any negative feelings and behaviours that might be holding them back in life, and guide them towards discovering that change really is possible. We might look at how they relate to others, how their life experience has affected them, and what coping strategies are available to ease their burden.

What I Offer
I offer one-to-one therapy to both men and women.
While it was never my intention to focus on men’s mental health issues, over the years I’ve noticed many male clients seek me out in their time of need, and I find it hugely rewarding to work with them.
In addition, I have a particular interest in couples therapy, and to a point where I consider it to be something of a specialism. Couples counselling is a hugely valuable resource for those facing relationship challenges. It focuses on addressing and resolving issues within partnerships, while providing a structured and supportive environment to work through difficulties, improve communication and strengthen bonds.
I also offer relationship and family therapy, which follows a similar principal to couples therapy.
Individual therapy – £60 per session
Couples/Relationship therapy – £80 per session
