About Me

I am a registered nutritional therapist and functional medicine practitioner. I have been practising for over 11 years and during this time I have worked with hundreds of patients, both adults and children, from around the world, with a variety of different illnesses and needs. Over this time I have seen amazing results and also I am living proof that nutritional medicine can have a powerful impact on health.

I have a degree in Nutritional Medicine, which means I am trained to understand how foods and their nutrients influence the function and health of the body. My training also includes functional medicine, which is the practice of identifying and addressing the root cause of disease.

I am a member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapy (BANT) (http://bant.org.uk/) and Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) (https://www.cnhc.org.uk/), which means I have trained to the highest national occupation standards, carry professional insurance and will continue to train through monitored professional development programmes.

What I Offer

I offer a nutrition and functional medicine consultation where I take time with you to understand your aims, your health issues, your symptoms and your diet and lifestyle. After the consultation I create for you a bespoke nutrition, supplement and lifestyle programme and give my support so you can put my suggestions into practice.
