I am in the final year of my training as a Counselling Psychologist. I have extensive work experience within the NHS and schools. I work with adults and young people, individually but also couples and groups.

I see the therapeutic space as a place in which you can reflect on difficult issues or experiences, together we can explore how you may overcome these difficulties and sometimes make space for these challenges.

Sometime this process can be nurturing and at others it may be difficult, either way I hope to work with you through these different feelings.

I can work on a long term or short-term basis depending on your needs.
