About Me
I am a Counsellor/Psychotherapist, using a Psychodynamic approach, which helps recognise, experience, and understand one’s true, deep, rooted feelings to resolve them.
I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), and I have worked as a Samaritan for over 4 years prior to becoming a Psychodynamic Therapist.
I have experience in dealing with gender & sexuality including LGBTQ+ plus counselling, personal development, loss, relationship difficulties, and bereavement. I apply a psycho-therapeutic approach specifically tailored to the individual’s needs.

What I Offer
I provide a first session (Online) free of charge, to understand what each client would like to gain from their therapy and to ensure a good fit between client and therapist.
Fees
Session will be £ 60 for a 50-minute session.
